Delete my RubikCalc account
RubikCalc by Nourappwork allows users to request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
How to request deletion
- Send an email to nourappwork@gmail.com with the subject: Request to delete my RubikCalc account.
- Include the email address linked to your account or another account identifier so we can find it.
- We will process your request as soon as possible. We may contact you if we need to verify that you own the account.
You may also contact support through the app, if that option is available to you.
Data that will be deleted
When your request is processed, we will delete the account data associated with your RubikCalc account, including:
- Firebase account data
- Your account email address
- Your display name and other account profile information
- Data linked to your app account
- Subscription-related account data, where applicable
Data that may be retained
Some records may need to be kept when required by law or for legitimate legal or security purposes. This may include payment or billing records needed for legal, tax, or accounting compliance, and fraud-prevention or security logs.
Where legally required, some records may be retained for a limited period. Retention periods vary according to applicable law and business requirements. Data retained for these purposes will not be used to restore your account.
